Bug Description
Binary package hint: bugzilla
After installing via apt, it seemed to work fine, until I tried to login. then I got a path that looked like /cgi-bin/
Out of pure luck I think, I checked the 'param' file, and noticed that the urlbase (line 112) was set to './cgi-
I'm pretty sure most people are going to reference things from the root of their webserver, whether it's /joomla or /gallery2 or /wiki /or /anything /else.
The preceding . is totally unnecessary, so I removed it, and everything has worked fine ever since.
