Bug Description

Binary package hint: bugzilla

Bugzilla had failed to install on the first attempt.

Hence to make sure there was nothing from that failed attempt I deleted the directory dbconfig-common & all its sub-directories & purged the installation.

Then when I try to install it afresh i.e. from scratch I get this after it does it the usual questioning.

Setting up bugzilla (2.22.1-2.2ubuntu1) ...
dbconfig-common: writing config to /etc/dbconfig-common/bugzilla.conf
Not replacing deleted config file /etc/dbconfig-common/bugzilla.conf
unable to read input file /etc/dbconfig-common/bugzilla.conf
dpkg: error processing bugzilla (--configure):
subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1
Errors were encountered while processing:
 bugzilla
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
A package failed to install. Trying to recover:

Doing a dpkg shows me this

shirish@Mugglewille:~$ dpkg -l bugzilla

iF bugzilla 2.22.1-2.2ubuntu1 web-based bug tracking system

shirish@Mugglewille:~$ aptitude show bugzilla | grep State
State: partially configured

So how do I fix this partially configured issue?
