Bug Description

I can't submit a bug report with "bug-buddy". When I click on Applications > Programming > Bug Report Tool, a window pops up with the following text: "Either --appname or --package arguments are required". I checked the properties of the menu item in question and the command inserted is "bug-buddy".

I've attached a screen shot of the error window that appears.

don't specify the version in the title, the informations is quickly outdated when a new ubuntu opens and creates confusion and extra work, you can use the description there
