Bug Description
If I plug a USB-device into my Computer a small info panel is appearing on the top right corner (I don't know if info panel is the right term). With this panel I can manage the USB-device and eject it. The problem is, that I am unable to close this info panel. Because it is always in the foreground, even when opening other windows, it prevents me from using USB-devices with Ubuntu Budgie.
I am using Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS

Oh and if I unlpug the device, there is a white arrow beneath the top panel which won't go away.
