Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:
-run Budgie Desktop Settings
-select a Panel
-add any applet
-select newly added applet
-delete it
-Delete/Trash button is still enabled even with no applet selected
-click on it, then 'Remove applet' makes Budgie Desktop Settings crash/close

Maybe the Delete/Trash button should only be enabled/clickable when an applet is selected.
I am Using Ubuntu Budgie 21.10
