Bug Description

When btrfs-cache runs on first boot/login it is so taxing on disk I/O that it prevents anything else from using the disk. The computer is therefore unresponsive for about 1 min after first boot/login. btrfs-cache should run in such a way that it does not block other processes from doing I/O.

btrfs package is gone for many years. btrfs-cache also doesn't exist anymore. Closing as obsolete. Sorry.
