Bug Description

Binary package hint: btrfs-tools

On Karmic 9.10
Using btrfs-tools 0.19-3

Multi-volume devices are not available until all sub-volumes have been scanned by btrfsctl. During boot this isn't happening, therefore all mounts to multi-volume devices in fstab fail.

For now I adding some scripts to initramfs-tools, one in scripts/local-premount and the other in hooks. This probably isn't the best way but, for now it seems to work on all three of my machines, one has /home on btrfs and the other two have / on btrfs (/boot is still in ext3 for now).
