bsnes not configured to use pulse audio, results in lag

Bug Description

As packaged in 12.04, bsnes by default uses alsa for audio. However, as Ubuntu comes configured with pulse, pulse should be the default. Without choosing pulse on Ubuntu the sound becomes choppy and slows the emulation down.
