ncal -w prints blanks not week number for years in Julian calendar

Binary package hint: bsdmainutils

The output from
ncal -s US -w 1752
is missing the week numbers before the shift to Gregorian, instead blank lines are printed.
The week numbers are similarly missing for all years between 1 and 1751 (assuming -s US).
