Bug Description

On Ubuntu 16.04, `/usr/share/calendar/calendar.ubuntu` only goes up to Ubuntu 14.10. It appears that this is fixed in Ubuntu 17.04, though even its calendar file only goes up to Ubuntu 16.10.

Release:

Description: Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS
Release: 16.04

Package version:

bsdmainutils:
  Installed: 9.0.6ubuntu3
  Candidate: 9.0.6ubuntu3
  Version table:
 *** 9.0.6ubuntu3 500

`calendar.ubuntu` includes release dates up to 16.04.

What happened instead:

`calendar.ubuntu` includes release dates only up to 14.10.

It's not really clear to me the use case for having /usr/share/calendar/calendar.ubuntu at all. Does anybody have a use for the file existing?
