Binary package hint: brother-cups-wrapper-common

Package version 1.0.0-10-0ubuntu5
Message "Entschuldigung, das Programm 'brcupsconfpt1' wurde unerwartet beendet".
Following shutdown/startup does not succeed, rootfs on ext4 corrupt.
Error is not reproduceable, occurs sporadic (may be triggered by printer switched on/off), seldom with such system crash.

Printer for cups configured:
Brother MFC-260C via usb,
Brother HL-2030 via usb,
HP ColorLaserjet 2550L via TCP (AppSocket).
All switched off during system startup.

It looks like this crash happens every time I print a test page. With other documents, sometimes it does, and sometimes it doesn't. Printing doesn't seem to be affected, ie the document prints normally.

My printer is an MFC-440CN, attached to my desktop computer which runs Ubuntu 9.04.
