BCM4321 Random channel

Bug Description
Hi,
When my BCM4321 is connected to my Access point "G", I see a random channel anytime. Is affect my download goto up and go to slow. I can't Watch RTP/RTSP flux TV.
I look this when I open terminal and I put "sudo iwconfig eth1":
I tested on more Access point with same result in WPA or WEP (not tested with wireless "a")
I Installed ubuntu Maverick tow time and download the latest Driver from Official Website I try hybrid-

hmm to me it seems it happens for everyone....i know this happens to me and that the driver usually chooses the best set up but if you really want it forced one way you should be able to do something like "iwconfig eth1 channel 11" ....to find out what channels are available use something in terms of "iwlist eth1 channel"
you may need to use sudo
