[Utopic] Compilation problems while fixed code at Vivid

Bug Description
The DKMS package at utopic does not work as it fails at compilation against the kernel headers provided by the repository.
I looked for a newer package from vivid and installed it. It worked to I think it will be quick to fix that while copying the source package from vivid to utopic:

Might be a duplicate to other bug reports here, as I don't think it only affects me..
