If this is a problem for you, here is a quick and very dirty workaround :)

sudo mkdir /usr/src/linux-headers-`uname -r`/include/asm
sudo touch /usr/src/linux-headers-`uname -r`/include/asm/system.h

sudo dpkg-reconfigure broadcom-sta-dkms

Deleting module version:
completely from the DKMS tree.
Loading new broadcom-sta- DKMS files...
Building only for 3.5.0-23-generic
Building initial module for 3.5.0-23-generic

Running module version sanity check.
 - Original module
   - No original module exists within this kernel
 - Installation
   - Installing to /lib/modules/3.5.0-23-generic/updates/dkms/


Backing up initrd.img-3.5.0-23-generic to /boot/initrd.img-3.5.0-23-generic.old-dkms
Making new initrd.img-3.5.0-23-generic
(If next boot fails, revert to initrd.img-3.5.0-23-generic.old-dkms image)

DKMS: install completed.
Processing triggers for initramfs-tools ...
update-initramfs: Generating /boot/initrd.img-3.5.0-23-generic
