Reference to missing slider-*-backdrop assets

There are PNG-files missing in the package but referenced in gtk.css for Breeze light and dark theme. This causes a buggy behaviour with places bookmarks in the Firefox Save-As-Dialog (probably within other applications using the dialog, too).

In the theme folders:

/usr/share/themes/Breeze/assets/
/usr/share/themes/Breeze-Dark/assets/

(at least) following files are missing:

scrollbar-trough-vertical-backdrop.png
[e-mail]
scrollbar-trough-horizontal-backdrop.png
[e-mail]
scrollbar-slider-vertical-backdrop.png
[e-mail]
scrollbar-slider-horizontal-backdrop.png
[e-mail]

Effects: In Firefox, when "saving as" a file, it is not possible to add "Other Locations" in the dialog by dragging a folder to the locations bar. The bookmark is not created and the console outputs an error:

Expected: files should be included, no error message. Users should be able to use the breeze-light or breeze-dark theme without effects to the functionality of "save as" dialog window.

Workaround: My workaround to enable adding "other locations" in Firefox "save as"-dialog is switching the "Desktop Theme" to "Breeze" - not "Breeze Light" or "Breeze Dark" - in the kde system settings.
