Bug Description
Package Version:
Ubuntu Netbook Remix (9.10)
Gnome Version 2.28.1
Some times (~1 of 30) applications (no matter which one) starts in a window without borders, including titlebars, minimize, maximaze or close links.
Furthermore the application stays permanently on top (also after switching workspaces).
I can't close the window by ALT+F4, there is no symbol at the taskbar to close it. The behavior inside of the application is normal. So the only way to close the application is inside of the window (e.g. "File-->Quit").
After restarting the application in general the problem is gone.

This affects me also. Occasionally the application is able to be closed by clicking in the location where the exit(X) would normally be, 50/50 chance. Restarting application doesn't seem to fix problem. All applications open with same issue. On reboot, the normal and usable window interface reappears.
