Bug Description
An audio CD I was trying to burn contained a track with part of the title in double quotes:
Symphony No. 3, Op. 36 "Symphony of Sorrowful Songs": II. Lento e largo: Tranquillissimo - Cantabilissimo - Dolcissimo - Legatissimo
(I hasten to add I didn't tag it that way; it was done automatically when ripping a CD!)
Burning the image to CD directly from Brasero gave an error.
Instead I burned an image (.cue & .bin file), which was successful. However, when I tried burning this from Brasero, I got the same error. I checked in brasero-session.log and found the following line
BraseroWodim stderr: Extra text 'of Sorrowful Songs": II. Lento e largo: Tranquillissimo - Cantabilissimo - Dolcissimo - Legatissimo"' on line 48 in '/home/
I guessed that the quotes were the problem, therefore. I then edited the .cue file and renamed this track to
Symphony of Sorrowful Songs II. Lento e largo: Tranquillissimo - Cantabilissimo - Dolcissimo - Legatissimo
It then worked fine. I guess the double quotes need to be either escaped or deleted by Brasero.
