There is no "Disc Blanking" in the quick list.

When inserted in a DVD-RW quick list does not appear in the "Disc Blanking" option!

To reproduce:
1. Insert a rewritable CD/DVD.
2. Click right button of the CD/DVD icon in the launcher.

What should happen:
Need to show a quicklist of the "Disc Blanking " option.

What's really happening:
There is no "Disc Blanking " option in the quicklist!
