Bug Description

This is a duplicate of Bug 814849. Please forgive me, I reported it with Apport, just as I was required to do, but when I went to complete the form in launchpad, I didn't see my last report in the 'similar' bugs list (Do any of the following bugs describe the bug you're trying to report? ).
