Bug Description
*When burning a 1:1 copy of a cd/dvd, the application crashes once it's
finished with the image exctraction instead of prompting the user to
insert a blank cd.
*The bug is reproduced by starting brasero and using the "1:1 copy"
option. Trying to copy on a new disc in the drive holding the source
disc will then start the disc extraction. Brasero will eventually crash
after ejecting the source disc.
*Running brasero in debug mode with command line ("brasero -g") points
to a segmentation fault.
