brasero burns impractical video dvds (they don't jump to track 2 after track 1)

Bug Description

Binary package hint: brasero

When Brasero burns video DVDs, all tracks are written, but players don't jump to track 2 after playing track 1, and so on.
This, in my opinion, is very impractical.
Also, my player does not skip to track 2 when using the >>| button on the remote. However, I can skip using the "2" button on the remote.
I believe the solution would be adding a <post>jump ...</post> in each <pgc> in the dvdauthor XML that is generated.

Ubuntu 10.04.1 LTS
Package: brasero 2.30.2-0ubuntu1
