Brasero doesn't seem to support 24-bit FLAC.

Binary package hint: brasero

I get an error message when trying to burn 24-bit FLAC files to Audio CD. More information here:

Using the Brasero that is included in Ubuntu 10.04 by deafult, that is 2.30.2.

I could burn my files with Gnomebaker without problems.

Thanks for your report, could you get a brasero log? please run brasero as: brasero --brasero-burn-debug --brasero-media-debug &> brasero-debug.txt ; perform the operation to reproduce the bug and attach that resulting log file to the report, thanks.

I would say this problem has an importance higher than «low», doesn't it?
I mean, the program is not working without any hint as to what has gone wrong or offering the user any solution. And 24-bit files are not that uncommon.

I agree. Even GnomeBaker can handle 24-bit flacs (and other 24-bit files, I think).
