Bug Description

Binary package hint: brasero

When producing an image with brasero, two files (brasero.toc and brasero.toc.bin) are created. brasero.toc contains absolute filenames. When you move the files to another location and try to burn them, brasero fails (I use a german localization, the error message is "brasero.toc kann nicht gefunden werden.", which would translate as "brasero.toc cannot be found).
Expected behaviour would have been that brasero is able to use the files even if I move them to another directory, or at least a warning that the files can only be used from the place where they are created.

reopening bug, because it effects me and has been incorrectly closed, the description above is actually explicit and accurate.

absolute paths are just a mistake.

also the error messages and error log are unhelpful, problem deduced from examining the toc file in an editor.

Brasero 3.10.0 in 14.04 LTS still produces cue and toc files with absolute paths in them. It is easy enough to work around by editing the cue/toc file, but as a default it's counterintuitive. It would be better to leave the path out when writing the cue/toc file and use only the image file name. That way, the files may be moved anywhere (as you often would with disk images), and they could still be opened and burned, as long as they are kept together. I don't see any value in keeping the path in there.
