Thanks for your report, could you run brasero from the command line as: brasero -g --brasero-media-debug &> brasero-debug.txt perform the operation to reproduce the bug and attach the resulting file to the report?. Thanks in advance

Changed in brasero (Ubuntu):
assignee: nobody → Ubuntu Desktop Bugs (desktop-bugs)

status: New → Incomplete

I have the same problem with the plugin. And as in the case here, it always starts "looping" or whatever happens, in the second track it's normalizing.

I send an example log, I've tried 6 times and always fails on second track, whichever track I used.

Here's my contribution.. Same issue. Last night, for s&g, I left it on for about 8 hours. No go, frozen @ normalize.

Naftuli Kay (naftulikay) wrote :

Still reproducible on Jaunty 9.04. Never gets past 'normalize' without disabling the normalize plugin.

Kernel 2.6.28-13-generic, 64bit, 7/4/09.

The same is for me, the only contribute I can give is that my computer has an Intel CPU, so it should not be AMD related.

Any suggestion to normalize audio files and burn audio cds, then?
