Bug Description

If you open up totem from the application menu, totem will open up with an image background inside it.
this image looks pretty bad (out off focus).

fix this by adding a new image, something more related to the ubuntu theme, logo...

Doing Applications->Sound & Video->Movie Player loads totem with its long-standing language-neutral clapper board.

I'm not sure why this image would be fuzzy (please can you provide a screenshot) as it is provided by a fully-scalable vector SVG image:

  /usr/share/icons/Humanity/apps/48/totem.svg

This image is provided by the "Humanity" icon theme, which is the current default in Ubuntu. Do you have a different or custom icon theme selected?

mouse: thank you for the image. I can't see anything fuzzy with the logo in the middle of the screen. It is very sharp and rendered accurately.

Could you explain a little more why you perceive it to be fuzzy, or what you believe should be improved?

Well if it's not fuzzy, it certainty feels like that...(maybe that's the bug...)

maybe something with black background and white image (like the ubuntu icon in the application menu) will make it more sharp and clean
