Binary package hint: branding-ubuntu

the branding-ubuntu package should include a splash screen for GIMP - how about converting /usr/share/example-content/GIMP_Ubuntu_splash_screen.xcf to PNG format and using it to replace /usr/share/gimp/2.0/images/gimp-splash.png
