cannot use trace-bpfcc - cannot compile kernel module

Bug Description

Trying to use trace-bpfcc I recieve:

chdir(/lib/modules/4.10.0-19-generic/source): No such file or directory
Failed to compile BPF module

I have not found package that make such symlink...

The Readme.Debian outlines this:
"
For this to work, it needs the kernel headers of the currently running
kernel. Therefore, to use BCC you need to manually install the
linux-image-*-dbg and linux-header-* packages that match your running
kernel.
"

Now many of the tools in there work well without and furthermore one can not depend on those from the package as it depends on the running kernel more than anything else.

I have no great solution to suggest, but wanted to bring that up as FYI
