Bootchart doesn't logrotate, so eventually fills /var/log

Bug Description

I installed bootchart a while back and today noticed 3.5GB consumed in /var/log/bootchart.

Bootchart should ship a logrotate config file which should rotate out the logs and png files periodically to prevent this filling the /var or / filesystem.
