Orphan packages in update manager

Two packages cannot be updated. I cannot set check marks against two these boost libraries.
PS: i've tried updated them through command line but with no success also, they are updated but still left in list for update and after version checked still ready for update.

Expected result: package is finally updated to 1.40 ^_^
What happened: Check marks could not be set GUI. All other packages checks marks functions ok.
