libboo2.0-cil doesn't include Boo.NAnt.Tasks.dll

Bug Description
I'm attempting to package up a Boo plugin for Banshee that builds using Nant, but neither the package boo nor the package libboo2.0-cil contain Boo.NAnt.Tasks.dll which is required for NAnt to recognize boo targets in the build file.
There may be some reason it isn't included, as I am certainly no boo or nant expert, but if it causes no serious problems, I request that this file be added to libboo2.0-cil.
