Bug Description

When booting Ubuntu with a system date prior to the date used in last boot,
bonobo crashes and gnome doesn't lauch.
Example: I unplug my Mac whose internal battery doesn't work. As I replug and
boot it, the date is in year 1904 and Bonobo crashes.

Thanks for your bug. What version of Ubuntu do you use? Could you get a
backtrace of the crash? That works fine for me.
