Same problem.

Ubuntu 10.10
Boinc 6.10.58
ATI 4xxx

Tried sudo /etc/init.d/boinc-client restart

BOINC restarts OK but (still) "No usable GPU found."

(Same rig under Windows 7 works fine.)
