Bug Description

On BOINC Menu bar, select Options >> Other Options >> General >> Enable manager exit dialog?
This option is set or unset using a checkbox.

When this option is enabled, exiting BOINC should cause a dialog box to pop open. The dialog box will give me a choice: To halt tasks or leave them running.

BOINC manager is ignoring this option. When I select "Close Window", it closes the window right away. It does not give me the choice to halt tasks or leave them running.

Ubuntu 20.04, with KDE newly installed. Previous version was Ubuntu 18.04, and this option worked.
BOINC manager version 7.16.6 (x64)

Operating System: Kubuntu 20.04
KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.68.0
Qt Version: 5.12.8
Kernel Version: 5.4.0-62-generic
OS Type: 64-bit

I suggest assigning very low priority. I'm annoyed that I don't have this, but there is a simple workaround: I can use BOINC Manager to suspend and resume projects.
