boinc-manager notification icon is problematic

The notification icon from boinc-manager is broken, it's icon appears smaller and there are parts of different icons in it. https://i.imgur.com/qNj6Y02.png

note: boinc 7.6.31 on ubuntu mate 16.04 displays icon properly.

Since I mostly never changed the icon, please ask other folks (xfce or somebody else), if you want this bug fixed!
