git clone https://alioth.debian.org/anonscm/git/pkg-boinc/boinc.git

sudo apt-get build-dep boinc
cd boinc
dpkg-buildpackage

if you modify the source you can either:
dpkg-source --commit
dpkg-buildpackage
or
fakeroot debian/rules binary
