Bug Description
If the BOINC Manager GUI is opened it remains open or minimized to the unity dash (not sure about other dash's) if the window's x close button is used. This periodically will reopen depending on actions taken by other windows. The only way to permanently close the BOING Manager GUI and remove it from the dock is to use the File > exit command. This inadvertently closed BOINC Core Client as well.
This behavior is inconsistent with the Windows and Mac platform behavior which initially asks if you want to just close BOINC manager or opt-in to closing the core client that one time or remember to close the core client every time.
Expected behavior of the window's x button and the file > exit commands would be to only close the BOINC Manager GUI and ask if the user would like to close the BOINC-Core Client and have a checkbox to remember that choice. Else if not selecting the close of both the BOINC Manager and BOINC Client that only the BOINC Manager GUI be closed and leave the BOINC Core Client operating.

It does not close the client for me. But i do agree that 'reopening of the window' is a big annoyance.
