Installation language: Simple Chinese

Description:
sometimes, there is no color at the lower right corner of the screen during the installation process

You will meet the same issue when choosing the Traditional Chinese as the installation language.

Most likely a bogl-bterm issue, although it could be the fault of the cdebconf frontend. It's not locale-specific.
