  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.5.0.
  * Use the new debhelper-compat notation, and drop the d/compat file.
  * Adjust source lintian-overrides.
  * Set Rules-Requires-Root: no.
  * Drop desktop file, since it is a CLI only program.
