Bug Description

Tras ejecutar hcitool scan realiza el primer scan, pero al intentar realizarlo otra vez aparece "Scanning ...
Inquiry failed: Connection timed out". Tengo que liberarlo poniendo en el cron de root "hciconfig hci0 down; hciconfig hci0 up".
Tambien retiene /dev/video1 tras ejecutar cualquier aplicación (mplayer, skype, webcam application...) que utilice dicho dispositivo. La primera ejecucion funciona, pero al pararla y volver a ejecutarla deja ocupado el dispositivo mplayer tv:// -tv driver=v4l2:width=800:height=600:device=/dev/video1

This is reported against an old version of Ubuntu and many things has changed since then. Because of that we won't fix this issue however if this behavior repeats on a modern version please fill a bug report against it and we will take it from there.
