bluetooth start after an suspend to ram with a rt3090 card

Bug Description

Binary package hint: bluez

When i start computer bluetooth works (blueman or gnome-bluetooth)
then i sustepnd to ram the compter
when i resume, the bluetooth works (see hciconfig) but neither blueman (which crash) nor gnome-bluetooth detect my adapter.
gnome-bluetooth propose to start bluetooth, but no result.

and also, i forget to say, the led that indicate the radio status blink form orange to white (orange = radio off, white = radio on)

a small resolve,
restarting bluetooth service ( with service bluetooth restart ) restore bluetooth.

This is reported against an old version of Ubuntu and many things has changed since then. Because of that we won't fix this issue however if this behavior repeats on a modern version please fill a bug report against it and we will take it from there.
