conceptronic CBT100U (BCM 2035) doesn't work with intrepid

I've a Conceptronic CBT100U bluetooth USB (with chipset BCM2035) and it worked perfectly in Ubuntu Hardy but now, I've updated to Intrepid and it doesn't work:
-It can't scan:
$ hcitool scan
Scanning ...
Inquiry failed: Connection timed out

-hciconfig shows that:
