Bug Description
On 2 different ubuntu machines (laptop and desktop, with same ubuntu version and bluez) I can pair my generic BT game controller without any issues except for the fact that I can't send or receive any input.
This controller with the same bluetooth dongle connects perfectly on windows 10 and 11 (had to dual boot to test it).
The laptop itself, via dongle or via integrated BT receiver, can also connect perfectly and use it for steam on windows. There's something wrong going on with Bluez stack.
Tried to use jstest-gtk and install xbox-drv to no avail.

If this provides help of some sort,
The BT game controller is defined as N1-9013 (similar to ipega) and works at 2.4 BT frequency.
The BT dongle is an Asus USB-BT400. As for the laptop, the dongle used was the same but I can also post the BT integrated device of the laptop (laptop works fine with the controller on windows for both the usb dongle or the integrated BT device).
If it serves any purpose, I can post the laptop data as well.
