lspci has:

Qualcomm Atheros AR9285 Wireless Network Adapter (PCI-Express) [168c:002b] (rev 01)
Subsystem: XAVi Technologies Corp. WB214E 802.11bgn Wireless Half-size Mini PCIe Card [AR9002WB-1NGCD] [1b9a:0c03]

Maybe a AR5BWB222 precisely: https://www.notebookcheck.net/Review-Acer-Aspire-V5-571G-Notebook.78314.0.html#toc-connectivity

Syslog has:

bluetoothd[901]: Failed to set mode: Blocked through rfkill (0x12)

Can you execute `rfkill list` and paste the result? You may want to try `rfkill unblock all` if you find anything listed as blocked.

I was wrong. You're referring to AR3011 connected to usb bus. But please still try the rfkill command above.
