Bug Description

To replicate: using a paired device attempt to send a file to an Ubuntu computer with a logged-in user.
Expected results: The file should appear in the current user's Downloads folder.
Actual results: The file transfer will fail immediately.
Ubuntu releases affected: 16.10, 17.04, 17.10

Full bluetooth functionality can be restored by reinstalling Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.
