Update bluez to 5.46 in artful

The new bluez version is being packaged for artful

The proposed bluez 5.46-0ubuntu1 package contains a minor mistake I'd already fixed in git a couple of times. These files are unused and should be deleted:

 debian/patches/0003-tools-mpris-proxy-allow-user-to-specify-different-mp.patch
 debian/patches/0004-obexd-enable-ebook-backend-conditionally.patch

Please try to build from the git code which already had the correction:

  https://git.launchpad.net/~bluetooth/bluez/log/?h=artful-5.46

I have updated git to reflect this harmless mistake, so you don't need to rebuild again.

Thanks Daniel and sorry about that, I started from what was in the ppa because that the version that was tested but it missed content from git and I merged those changes by hand on top, next time I try building from git directly instead
