Bluetooth doesn't work after update to 17.04

Bug Description

After update to 17.04 bluetooth stopped to work.
some logs that could be useful:

Some additional info:
Bluetooth stop wokring after hibernation, but not always. Only way to get it work again is to completly power off computer and turn it on, reboot doesn't help.
