Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:
1.Pair Ubuntu with HS (jaybird)
2.Play clips from DUT. Streaming is happening through A2dP
3.Switch from A2dP to HFP via UI (All settings -> Sound -> HFP). Able to see the SCO traffic via hcidump.
4.Disable BT ( From UI setting screen )
5.Enable the BT
6.Able to reconnect the A2DP connection
Observation:
Not able to switch from a2dp to HFP after RF cycle via UI – setting screen, after auto connect to A2DP
From the sniffer and btmon logs, analysed to be a Bluetooth Settings UI issue from Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.
