Bug Description

Running bluez-test-audio from terminal without any parameters throws exception.

$ bluez-test-audio

Expected behavior: User friendly message is shown, e.g. output of "bluez-test-audio -h"

If I try to start indicator-bluetooth manually, I get this error too:

     $ /usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/indicator-bluetooth/indicator-bluetooth-service

     ** (process:4640): CRITICAL **: bluez.vala:104: GDBus.Error:org.bluez.Error.NoSuchAdapter: No such adapter

To solve add this in your /etc/rc.local or in Boot Applications menu
rfkill unblock bluetooth

Tested and worked on my Ubuntu 14.04.1
