PCMCIA Bluetooth does not work after suspend

I have a PCMCIA bluetooth card in my laptop (Fujitsu P2046, Transmeta Crusoe x86). It works fine upon bootup (though I have to run hciattach manually), but will not work after a suspend (using ACPI). After suspend, I get the following error messages in the kernel log upon running hciattach:
bcsp_pkt_cull: Peer acked invalid packet
bcsp_handle_le_pkt: Found a LE sync pkt, card has reset

The PCMCIA stack appears to function correctly (the device entry in /sys appears and disappears when the card is inserted and removed) but I am unable to attach the card to the bluetooth stack. The card is an offbrand. Here's the information from pccardctl about the card:

I'm running an up-to-date Dapper install.

Fixed - this works fine in Edgy.
