Bug Description
Binary package hint: bluez-gnome
When GNOME's notification area disappears, bluetooth-applet detaches itself into a separate window and cannot be convinced to go back.
To reproduce:
1. Log in to Feisty's GNOME session.
2. Run `killall -HUP gnome-panel`
Expected behaviour:
The bluetooth applet loads itself into the notification area, along with everything else
Actual behaviour:
The bluetooth applet is now in a separate window. See the attached screenshot.

I confirm this. Sometimes this happens randomly, but I can reproduce it using provided steps as well.
